- Pope AFB intends to solicit and award a small business sole source to INTOXIMETERS INC for an alcohol detection system. The Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is FAR Part 6.302-1; Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1). The applicable NAICS code is 334519. Any interested parties, other than INTOXIMETERS INC, that feel they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capabilities to satisfy the requirement no later than five(5) days after the post date of this announcement. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database.
