- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2FT147247A002-Thulin is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. This requirement is for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 423810 with a size standard of 500 employees; the SIC code is 3895. (Quantity 1 Each). Line Item 0006: MFR: Caterpillar P/N: 150-8826 Moil Point Tool or Equal. (Quantity 1 Each). Line Item 0007: MFR: Caterpillar P/N: 205-5900 CVP40 Vibratory Plate Contractor or Equal. (Quantity 1 Each). Line Item 0008: MFR: Caterpillar P/N: 211-8195 Connector Lines or Equal. (Quantity 1 Each). Line Item 0009: MFR: Caterpillar P/N: 209-3306 Mounting Bracket or Equal. (Quantity 1 Each). Line Item 0010: MFR: Caterpillar P/N: 242-1656 CWT 110?Hydraulic Angle Blade or Equal. (Quantity 1 Each). FOB: Destination for delivery to 823 RHS 633 INDEPENDENCE RD HURLBURT FIELD FL 32544. Please include the lump sum amount including all shipping and handling charges for FOB Destination.
