This is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY. It is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOLICITED. The purpose of this market research (Source Sought Synopsis) is to determine if there are sources that can supply an existing requirement. The requirement is as follows: Outdoor furniture. CLIN 0001: 14 Each, 4' table with 2 attached seats, rounded corners, portable, Top Color: Clay, Seat Color: Clay, Frame Color: Brown, Umbrella Hole option: w/o umbrella hole, surface mounting: clamp option, model# WC RP4P or equal. CLIN 0002: 28 Each, Stack Chair with Arms, frame color: clay, model# WC SCHR or equal. CLIN 0003: 14 Each, 4 ft. Contoured Bench with Back, portable, frame color: Brown, Seat/Back Color: Clay, Model# WC MB4WBP or equal. CLIN 0004: 14 Each, 32 Gallon Trash Receptacles, size option: WC T22 Gallon Size, rigid plastic liner: WC LNR22; 22 gal liner, tops: WC FLT22; 22 gal flat top 8" opening, mounting w/o mounting kit, Color: brown. Part numbers are National Outdoor Furniture, Inc. Please provide a quote on these items or an equal. Firms responding to this RFI are asked to provide the following information in their initial response: company?s full name, business size, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the item the government is seeking. The government is anticipating using a North American Industry Classification System Code of 325211. Contractors interested in performing these services should be registered in Wide Area Workflow (https://wawf.eb.mil/) and Central Contractor Registration (http://www.bpn.gov/ccr/scripts/index.html). Final responses to this RFI will be due on 14 September 2007. Responses will be reviewed and may result in further clarifications to further explore commercial capabilities with selected respondents. As industry may expect to see portions of submitted information in future solicitations, portions of the response containing proprietary information should be clearly marked as such. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice.
