- The US Air Force intends to negotiate sole source with Integra LifeSciences for the purchase of proprietary medical radiation hardware and associated installation. The items to be purchased are: model LCMABR4 Linac Couch Mount Bracket, quantity one, model MISBP02 Base Plate, quantity one, model XKNIFETK Xknife tool kit, quantity one, model LCAH04 Linac Colimator Housing, quantity one, LCS8LON Longitudinal Stabilizer, quantity one, model INSTALLHW Hardware Installation, quantity one, and model DHI Xknifw Depth Helmet, quantity one. All the above parts are for attachment to a linear accelerator located at Wilford Hall Medical Center. There is no solicitation available. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within three (3) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete requirement based on reponses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government.
