- The 49 Contracting Squadron, 49 CONS/LGCA at Holloman AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed price contract to DME Corporation 12889 Ingenuity Dr, Orlando, FL 32826, for the purchase of a FAA approved Voice Switch By-Pass system. The announcement number is F2E1SS7228A001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The requirement is for CLIN 0001 ? FAA approved Voice Switch By-Pass system delivered to Holloman AFB, NM. Servicing company shall be certified by FAA for the production of the VSBP equipment. Qty: 1 Each. Product will be delivered to Holloman AFB control Tower. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302, items are FAA approved and certified.
