- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4830-07-Q-0079, PROVIDE AIRFIELD PAINTING AT AVON PARK, FLORIDA and is issued as Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 correction, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20070828, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0823. The solicitation is issued as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System is 237310. The small business size is $31 Million. The Schedule shall be as follows: CLIN 0001 Provide all labor, supervision, Material & equipment to paint and apply beads, pavement marking, white. Estimated Quantity: 15,000 SF CLIN 0002 Paint and apply beads, pavement markings, yellow. Estimated Quantity: 40,000 SF CLIN 0003 Paint pavement marking, black. Estimated Quantity: 55,000 SF CLIN 0004 Remobilization. Estimated Quantity: 16 Hours. TIME ALLOWED TO COMPLETE WORK: 10 Calendar Days after notice to proceed. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following addenda is provided to this provision: Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: SOLICITATION NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; PRICE, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS. Quote shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Signed quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. EVALUATION/AWARD: IAW FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the best value offeror.
