The contractor will provide access to on-line application of Masterform for HAZDEC Program for 105 Air Force (AF) Medical Logistics sites. This on-line application shall complete/populate, store data, and update Shippers Declaration for Dangerous Goods IAW AFM 24-204, and IATA. Updates shall be accomplished and available whenever a change to the above referenced regulations takes place. This contract shall include on-going training and free technical support via telephone. The proposed contract action is for providing and maintaining website for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This requirement is for a base year plus four option years beginning 9/26/2007. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement must submit information about their capabilities no later than 4:00 PM EST, 17 Sep 2007. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. This award will be made using contracting by negotiating procedures. No solicitation will be made available. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
