- The STVHCS VA Hospital is seeking sources for the following item: ComboMap Pressure System Model 6800 (Part #803521-0001, NSN 6515-403338) to include: Operators Manual, Patient Cable, Remote Control, Thermal Printer, Printer Paper, Cart and Interface Cables, 12-month ComboMap Software Support and Maintenance agreement providing for any unspecified commercially released software revisions at no additional cost, one-year warranty. Must provide both pressure and flow calculations (FFR and CFR) with option of either singly or in a combined format must be compatible with all major physiologic recording systems. NOTE: FAR Clause 52.211-6, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (AUG 1999) applies.
