- Services to provide all Labor, materials, equipment and supplies to perform Tree and Shrub Spraying at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Spraying to be accomplished February, March, April, May, June, July August and September. Spray all trees and shrubs to include Pines, and Holly with a dormant oil applied prior to bud break that will be effective against over-winter mite eggs, soft scale aphis eggs, Japanese beetles. Spray 5 (5) Hemlocks in section 12 to control wooly adelgids. Material Safety data sheets (MSDS) must be provided prior to the use of any chemicals used in the performance of the contract. Services to be performed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding Federal holidays. Exceptions must be approved by the M&O Supervisor. . Payment to be made monthly in arrears by certified invoice. Base year: 1. October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008 Option Years 2. October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009 3. October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010 4. October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011 5. October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012 Subject to the availability of FY 08 Funds. Solicitation will be available on or about September 13, 2007
