Description

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE PROCEDURES MEDICAL / DENTAL AIR SYSTEMS EAST ORANGE CAMPUS OF THE VANJHCS The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking firms that can provide "Preventive Maintenance Service Procedures" for Medical / Dental Air Systems. All work shall be performed by factory-trained technicians. The maintenance schedule is to be performed in four quarterly visits and covers all manufacturers required service intervals. Scope of equipment and services performed follows: I - Medical Air Equipment " (1) Duplex Ingersoll Rand Oilless Air Compressor " (1) Ingersoll Rand Refrigerated Air Dryer " (1) Ingersoll Rand Desiccant Air Dryer " (10) Air Treatment Filters " (1) Newport Scientific Dew Point Monitor " (1) Deltech Carbon Monoxide Monitor These items must meet the specifications for the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road Bronx, New York 10468. Applicants must have at least FIVE YEAR OF SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE. Preferred if the applicant had provided same or similar services to other VA Medical Center throughout the United States. The applicant must also provide "REFERENCES" for providing same or similar products. All contractors must list of all description of modifications to be provided Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, "MEDICAL / DENTAL AIR SYSTEMS", then contain the following information within the body of the e-mail name of firm, complete address, phone & fax number of contact. Peters Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, 9B-16, Bronx, NY 10468. When a small business receives an award as prime contractor as a result of a small business set-aside solicitation, the small business prime will be required to comply with FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on subcontracting, which states that at least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern. The contract requires that the selected firm have an on-line access to E-mail via the Internet for routine exchange of correspondence.
