- Contractor is required to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, supplies and materials and their use for the Interior Modernization of the Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at the Eppley Airfield, in Omaha, Nebraska. This project generally consists of work on all floors and the tower cab and includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Remove Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) floor tile and ACM mastic at various locations. Replace existing carpet tile. Replace the existing light fixture in the elevator car. Replace various bathroom fixtures including water closets, flush valves, sinks and faucets. Patch, repair and paint all walls. Replace ceiling tile, grid and ties. Remove and dispose of existing furniture and appliances. Replace with government supplied appliances. Replace the Electro-static Dissipative (ESD) carpet. Replace an existing insulated window unit on the fourth floor of the tower shaft.
