- Description
- The National Hansen?s Disease Programs (NHDP) is soliciting proposals in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. Award will be limited to Small Business concerns. The purpose of this procurement is to provide technical assistance and health data management services to the NHDP program staff to maintain program quality and oversight of the Ambulatory Care and Private Physician Programs. Patient care data is derived from the patient care services provided by the ACP through eleven Outpatient HD Clinics in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and the Private Physician Program. The program staff requires assistance to serve as a resource for the Ambulatory Care and Private Physicians Programs to monitor and track patient data and provide an intermediary link between NHDP and the partners in these programs. THE SOLICITATION is attached to this web posting. ALL QUESTIONS about this requirement must be submitted by email to sshumate@hrsa.gov no later than 10:00 AM local prevailing time on September 28, 2007. THE CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS will be on October 8, 2007, at no later than 10:00 AM local prevailing time.
