Proposed procurement is for a 5-year long-term contract (base yr. plus 4 option years). Items are commercial and acquisition is IAW Far Part 12. The items include 8 code and part numbered, and source controlled items in the 5895 and 6145 Federal Stock Classes. Solicitation is Unrestricted and Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Three increments will be solicited. Destinations may include any of the DSCC stock sites. FOB destination applies. The procurement is for stock replenishment.
