- This Modification to Combined Synopsis/solicitation # W91243-07-T-0012 is to remove 3 specified options. Towable cart is not required and should not be quoted if it increases price. Cart should be maneuverable by one person. NBPT Power Transfer Compa tible is not required and should not be quoted if it increases price. Power unit does not need DC outputs and should not be quoted if it increases price. The following is an updated list of specifications: FREQUENCY CONVERTER, 400 Hz GROUND POWER UNIT, 37.5 kVA to 90.0 kVA. INPUT: 220 v, 3 phase, 60 Hz, maximum full load input current 99 amps. OUTPUT: 115 V L-N / 200 V L-L, 3 phase, 400 Hz, 37.5 kVA. STANDARD FEATURES: MIL-STD-704E, Indoor/Outdoor Use; Automatic Input Line Monitoring; Automatic Line Drop Compensation; Emergen cy OFF Switch; Hazard Area Clearance; Automatic Aircraft Safety Disconnect; Built-in Maintenance Diagnostics; Analog Control Panel or better; Output Voltage and Current Monitoring; Internal Elapsed Time Meter; Front Panel Summary Fault Indicators; Mounted on cart with Pneumatic Tires maneuverable by one person; Built-in Input & Output Cable Racks.
