- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items under RFQ V03369-7234-7017. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Norfolk Office intends to purchase the following items: (1) 400 BLUE BERTHING CURTAINS (OFFICER) BERTH CURTAINS, FAN PANELS: Provide (400 pairs) berth curtain measuring approximately 25?L x 23?W. Fabricate curtains with NOMEX material and comply with MIL-C-24500, Type 1. Weight of the material shall be 6 ounces per square yard fabric weight. Fabrication of the curtain shall be in accordance with DOD-C-24556 and SPEC A-A-59473, Type 3. Contractor shall provide all associated hardware necessary for installation, including tape and fabric tabs. Fabric color shall be ?Royal Blue?. (2) 600 BLUE BERTHING CURTAINS (ENLISTED) BERTH CURTAINS, FAN PANELS: Provide (600 PAIRS) berth curtain measuring approximately 39?L x 21 1/2?W. Fabricate curtains with NOMEX material and comply with MIL-C-24500, Type 1. Weight of the material shall be 6 ounces per square yard fabric weight. Fabrication of the curtain shall be in accordance with DOD-C-24556 and SPEC A-A-59473, Type 3. Contractor shall provide all associated hardware necessary for installation, including tape and fabric tabs. Fabric color shall be ?Royal Blue?. Please feel free to amend your quote as needed. Delivery will be 45 Days or better/ARO. FOB Point: Origin, Shipping Charges to be covered by STS (Smart Transportation Solution). If providing equal, please provide descriptive data.
