- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-07-T-0022. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code 332311 and business size standard 500 apply to this solicitation.The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20070828. Purchase Prefabricated structures, shelter model 26'wide x 35' long x 15'8" high, a double-arch gable building with 8' eave height or equal(Qty, 3 each). Each unit shall include a heavy duty steel frame (1 ea), heavy duty vinyl cover system (1 ea), solid vinyl end wall (2 ea), end bracing (2 ea), and anchor package (1 ea). Delivery address is 5250 Gibson Elemndorf AFB, AK 99506. Shipping shall be included in the cost of the item. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on technically acceptable, low price.
