- REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 12,670 net rentable square feet which will produce approximately 9,572 BOMA usable square feet for the Department of Homeland Security. A total of 106 secured onsite parking spaces (46 must be for government owned trucks) are required in accordance with local city codes with no additional cost to the government. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm beginning around February 2008. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: All space must be contiguous on one floor. LOCATION: Close proximity to the El Paso International Airport INTERESTS SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address 2) Square footage offered 3) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with the representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
