- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format specified in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement will include five (5) attachments titled: a. Attachment 1-Performance Work Statement, 6 pages b. Attachment 2- Pricelist, 2 pages c. Attachment 3- Wage Determination, 9 pages d. Attachment 4- Reference Information Sheet e. Provisions, 15 pages f. Clauses, 25 pages 2. The solicitation number for this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is N66001-07-Q-0139. 3. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19 and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Change Notice 20070802. 4. This solicitation is under full and open competition. The applicable NAICS Code is 423420, Office Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. The period of performance will be from date of award through one year there after with four (4) one (1) year options. Estimated Date of Award is 17 September 2007.
