- The Naval Media Center, Washington DC intends to award on a sole source purchase order to Quantel, Inc. to provide software training. The Quantel video operations system was installed at the Naval Media Center during period FY06 and FY07. Quantel, Inc. provided operations and engineering training to our staff. This is a continuing training effort performed by Quantel, Inc. A limited source justification and approval has been submitted and approved.
