- This is a notice of the Governments intent to award sole source (Note 22) to Bio-Rad Laboratories for the purchase of 1A Plus LIQ 1 thru 3, Cardiac Makers, and Spinal Fluid 1 thru 2, to utilize analyzers in the chemistry section which are designed t o use Bio-Rads chemistry control and reagents. These items are essential to the reproducibility, accuracy and precision of patient results. This notice is a sole source requirement for Ireland Army Hospital, Fort Knox, NY, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washin gton, DC 20307, contract number W91YTZ-08-P-0008. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above.
