- This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract (Note 22) contract to Synthes Inc for Fragment implant set based on urgency. This is not set-a-side for small business. This notice is an urgent requ irement for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307, contract number W91YTZ-07-P-0798.
