- The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for the following item(s): 1.Multi Purpose Breach Training Door PN# BTDM manufactured by Law Enforcement Targets, Inc., or equal, 12 Each. 2. Complete Breaching Door with Free Standing Kit, PN#BTDM-X L manufactured by Law Enforcement Targets, Inc., or equal, 3 each. FOB: Destination to Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567-5000. The dollar magnitude of this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a brand name or equal solicit ation. If quoting equal product, product descriptions and specifications must be included with the quote. The solicitation is set aside 100% for small business concerns, the applicable NAICS Code is 332999, the small business size standard is 500 employe es.
