- This is a notice of intent to award a contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard intends to award a contract to C.H. Reed, Inc. for the purchase of the following items: CHR105 CARC Batch Mixing System (quantity 2); Precision View AMR 2.0 software and PC Connection (quantity 2); Laptop computer for use with AMR software (quantity 2); Spray package CHR105-2P 2 gallon pressure p ot (quantity 16); Spray package CHR105-GG 24 oz gravity cup (quantity 5); Spray package CHR105-1P 1 quart pressure cup (quantity 13); Red Devil 5990-PB multi-size paint shaker (quantity 2). The California National Guard intends to award the contract to C.H . Reed, Inc. as the sole source vendor because they are the manufacturer of the ProBatch Mixing and Dispensing system. Vendors interested in submitting a quote must submit quotes for items of equal or better quality than the C.H. Reed part numbers listed a bove. Quotes are due by 10:00 am PST, September 20, 2007 and may be faxed to 805-594-6348. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
