- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W911AR72410001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13.5. The NAICS code is 3331 12. The small business size standard is 500 Employees. This acquisition is unrestricted. This procurement is for a firm fixed price contract. Delivery will be 30 days ADC and FOB Destination. Scope of Contract: The contractor shall provide commercial mowing equipment equal to the following: 2 EACH - John Deere 757 Mid Ztrak with 60 inch 7-iron II deck, Part # 0667TC 3 EACH - John Deere 1445 Series II commercial front mower with ROPS canopy; 4 wheel drive (full time or on demand); 23x10.50-12 4PR turf drive tires, 72 inch Iron II commercial side discharge mower with anti-scalp wheel kit. 2 EACH - John Deere 5425 Utility Tractor with ROPS Canopy; 2 wheel drive; open station; 9F3R syncshuttle-2-r.5-r & 8-r synchronized shuttle shifts; vertical exhaust; 16 9-30 6PR R1 bias and 7 50-16 6PF F2 bias tires; single rear valve with lever controls ; less mid valve; rockshaft w/flat bar draft links. 3 EACH - John Deere 6420 w/ CX15 Rotary Cutter with 6420 Open operator staion tractor canopy; open staion MFWD PO 16/16 flanged M-SCV value package; MFWD front axle w/limited slip differential; 18.4R34 144A8 R1W radial and 13.6R24 121AB R1W radial tires; PowrQuad 16F/16R transmission w/mechanical left hand reverser; Flanged axle,8 position steel wheels; dual deluxe SCV w/ISO breakaway couplers; underhood mufflerw/vertical exhaust; comfort seat w/mechanical suspension & lumbar support; CX15 flex-wing r otary cutter with 540 RPM stump jumpers and single suction blades; constant velocity driveline CAt5,540/rpm; 26 x 9x14.5 fat boy ag tires; front safety shield with chain, rear safety shield with chair; 10,000lb chain; Independent control valve and 3 fun ction w/hoses & ROPS mounting bracket (for separate wing and lift control).
