Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. .THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS WITH: TELOS CORPORATION, 19886 ASHBURN ROAD, ASHBURN, VA 20147-2358, USA. This is for the acquisition of: (MEDIA CONVERTERS AND SURGE SUPPRESSORS). PURSUANT TO 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( C ) (1), ONLY ONE RESPONSSIBLE SOURCE, AND FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 6.302-1, SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND/OR EQUIPMENT ARE AVAILABLE FROM ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER TYPE OF SUPPLIES, SERVIC ES AND/OR EQUIPMENT WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. The U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of: CLIN1. (130 EACH) TELOS CORPORATION; PART NUMBER (1101-620); TRANSTECTOR TSJ 10/100 BT SUPPRESSOR (SILICON SURGE PROTECTION)&. CLIN2. (98 EACH) TELOS CORPORATION; PART NUMBER (1101-626) TRANSTECTOR I2R ICP 48VDC SASD (ADVANCED, MODULAR DIN RAIL MOUNT))&..CLIN3. (34 EACH) TELOS CORPORATION; PART NUMBER (1101-627) TRANSTECTOR I2R ICP 120VAC SASD (ADVANCED, AC DIN RAIL MOUNT). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers on RFQ W911S6-07-T-0129. All firms responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is (7025).
