- ***Due to the DECA (Defense Economic Cooperation Agreement) the U.S. Government has established with the Turkish Government, this requirement is set aside for Turkish vendors if available. If no Turkish vendor is available, deemed non-responsive, or price can not be determined fair and reasonable then non-Turkish Sources will be considered.*** THIS IS A UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT THAT IS PENDING END OF FISCAL YEAR 2007 FUNDING. Quotes are requested for the following: Provide linen for the 39 Services Squadron at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. All requirements are included in the solicitation. Please note that shipping for interested U.S. vendors is to Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Shipping for Tukish Vendors is to Incirlik Air BAse Turkey.
