- This is a special notice of intent to award sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12.203 and FAR Part 13.5 with consideration given to FAR Part 5.202(a)(13) as supplemented to SAFER SERVICES to provide all labor, parts, tools, materials and transportation necessary to provide 12 months' Gold Level Maintenance Services for the CentrAlert Network System. It includes Monday thru Friday Telephone Support from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Pacific Time, and 15 Level One Incident Support Cases (remote support only). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811212. The size standard for this NAICS code is $23,000,000.00. This item will be provided to F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
