- GENERAL INFORMATION Document Type: Notice of Intent Sole Source Justification The 12th Contracting Squadron at Randolph AFB TX hereby gives notice of its intention to award a sole source purchase order to Monaco Enterprises for the acquisition of (20) BT2-7 Transceivers part # 227-206-D7 for 12th CES/CEF, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Monaco Enterprises is the Sole Supplier of the Monaco BT2-7 Transceivers part # 227-206-D7. Sole Source is based upon this vendor being the only manufacturer/vendor able to satisfy this requirement. The contractor shall provide all personnel and equipment to include all mounting, installation, support and maintenance required. This announcement constitutes the only notice. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
