- Scope of work The Network 7 contracting activity, seeks potential contractors capable of providing yearly alarm inspections. Contractor shall provide all the supervision, materials, and transportation, supplies, and equipment to conduct a yearly inspection and testing of the entire alarm system at the Charleston VA Medical Center 109 Bee St., Charleston, SC 29401. The inspections will be coordinated with the Safety Officer for dates and times according with the instructions listed in the Schedule. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation will be posted 12 September and will be a 100% set aside for a small veteran owned business in accordance with Public Law 109-461. Contractors are advised that registration in http://www.vetbiz.gov and http://www.ccr.gov is mandatory before award of any contracts. The NAICS code is 561621 and size standard is $ 11.5 Million. The resulting contract will be for one (1) base year and four (4) option years.
