Description: The purpose of this requirement is to provide microbiological air sampling for USP 797 compliance. The sampling shall be performed by an Industrial hygienist certified (CIH) by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH). All samples shall be analyzed by a laboratory accredited by American Industrial Hygiene Association. The following analysis and testing shall be performed under the resulting contract; a. Bacteria air sample analysis b. Fungi air sample analysis c. Bacteria settling plate sample analysis d. Fungi settling plate sample analysis e. Bacteria and Fungi surface swab sample analysis f. Fungi glove dip sample analysis g. Bacteria glove dip sample analysis h. Prepare and submit laboratory test
