- The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for 424 cases of Winchester USA40SW 40 Caliber 165 Grain Full Metal Jacket. Each case shall consist of 500 rounds. The acquisition will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No solicitation will be made available. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332992.
