Description
The United States Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for the following items: 1. #1-3600L/PM-3/AVIB/1140-HKT, Spinner II Centrifugal M.D.E. Lube Oil system to include: a) One each mod 3600/LCB Centrifuge with weldable mounting base & anti vibration kit to include hardware (viton seals in centrifuge) b) One each internal gear pump auxiliary supply system, 3ph, 460v, with RV, viton mechanical seal, coupling set, adaptor (pre-assembled) c) One each S.S. Anti-vibration mounting base for (b) above with weldable or bolt down feet (2) d) One each Motor Controller for (b) above, Nema-4 enclosure (wash down type), with white power on LED, green run push button light LED, red stop push button only, lockable door handle disconnect. Unit is supplied with ?remote stop? terminal block and adjustable solid state overload protection. e) One each supply pump suction strainer (1.5? FMIP) 40-mesh S.S. basket, viton lid seal f) Gage set: 1 oil suction, 1 oil discharge & 1 air (all ?? bottom mount, S.S. Glycerin filled) g) Kit, service & cleaning with tools (one per ship with order) h) Spare o-ring kit and turbine inserts, 2 year supply i) One each ?standard? hose & fitting kit for flex connections to hard piping (hard piping by others) j) One each custom drafted Technical Publication in electronic format and one paper copy for the ?Mature Class? Cutter M.D.E. application. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for items individually packed, marked and bar coded, the company Tax Identification Number and Duns Number. Offeror must also fill out and return FAR Clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (JUNE 2003). Quotations shall be received no later than Sept 13, 2007, with anticipated award date of Sept 14, 2007. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received shall be considered by this agency. Award will be based on all items or none. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC-2001-26, and FAR subpart 4.12 ANNUAL REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS, the use of ORCA is mandatory as of January 1, 2005. ORCA is available through Business Partner Network (BPN), www.bpn.gov Contractors will use ORCA to electronically submit annual representations and certifications (REP & CERTS). Contractors will no longer be required to submit hard copies of ORCA, they must have Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record and a marketing partner identification number (MPIN). The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following FAR clauses apply to this solicitation.
