- Description
- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection National Supply and Logistics Center, El Paso, Texas, intends to enter into a sole source contract with Alessi Holsters, Inc, 2465 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst, NY 14228 for Alessi ankle holsters model ANK-L/H and ANK R/H for the H&K P2000SK. The requirement will be processed under the authority of 41 USC 2304(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the source herein. This is not a notice for competitive proposals and no formal solicitation package is available, however, prospective vendors who believe they can successfully propose must provide specific, detailed, technical documentation to support such claims and abilities to the Point of Contact for this notice prior to closing date for this notification.
