- PR: IQC07205009039, NSN 1560-01-240-7004, Cabin Window, IAW Sikorsky Aircraft (Cage: 78286), P/N 65216-05003-101, Rev. ?A?. Subject item is not commercial in nature. Item is configuration control. Government First Article Testing applies. A Mylar requirement exist, however it is the responsibility of the contractor to provide the required Mylar. Surge requirements do not exist. This is not a Critical Safety Item. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin, 240 DARO inclusive of First Article Testing and Evaluation. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. There are two approved sources of supply cited in the item description. Subject PR is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year estimated annual quantity of 180 each, and four (4) option years with an estimated annual quantity of 360 each. A technical data package is not available. Final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
