Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for; purchase of 215 each UHF Portable, 4 watt, 380-400 MHz, Full Keypad w/display. includes I.S. Battery, belt clip and operator guide. With P51H0 Black Housing an d P51A4 Antenna UHF 380-520 MHz to FORT RILEY, KANSAS 66442. In Accordance With (IAW) FAR 11.104, Contractor may quote brand name or equal. If quoting equal, Contractor shall provide literature with its quote showing equal specification. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-18, effective on June 30, 2007. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS code is 517910 with a size standard of $13.5. ITEM NO 0005, 215 Each - Spare Ba ttery - Rugged Hicap. NiMH 3600 mah. PN: 587-5100-361. ITEM NO 0006, 215 Each - Speaker Microphone #589-0015-057, Speaker Microphone #589-0015-057. ITEM NO 0007, 215 Each - 2 Year Extended Warranty (Total of 3 yrs). PN: 299-0045-013. ITEM NO 0008, 25 Each -Multi Unit Rapid Charger (4 slot). PN: 250-5100-240. Contractors shall submit commercially available literature, on your quote that demonstrates that all of the above ca pabilities are met. Limit quotes and literature to 5MB.
