- Description
- The Air Force Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency/A7KA intends to award an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) cost plus fixed fee contract to provide the Air Force Information Operations Center (AFIOC)/Information Operations 453 EWS/EWA for Electromagnetic Propagation Integrated Resource Environment Sustainment and Enhancement. This contract will be a follow on to contract FA7037-06-C-0005 and will provide interim support on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS while the Government prepares the documents for a Source Selection on Empire. Justification for noncompetitive action: 10 USC 2304 (c) (1). The source for this requirement is Remcom, Inc., 315 S. Allen Street, Suite 22, State College, PA 16801-4850. The period of performance will be approximately seven months. Offerors are also required to provide the unit and extended prices as indicated in the attached RFP uploaded with this synopsis. Item 0001, Labor (Government Estimate- Min 955 hrs Max 27,645 hrs BEQ: 9,555 hrs ). Item 0002, Data, (NSP) Not Separately Priced. Item 0003, Travel (Government Estimate - Min $3,904, Max $133,204.00, BEQ $103,000). Item 0004: Fixed Fee. Offerors must indicate the overhead billing rate for travel.
