- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking a firm who can provide "IN MOTION 2 SHOULDER-ELBOW ROBOT" including 2 DOF Robotic Device, personal computer with patient video games for therapy and evaluation, programmable interface. On-site set up and training will be required and the vendor must be able to provide minimum of one year or more, full warranty which will include system software upgrades. The grasp sensor for inmotion robot, inmotion robot workstation will include mounting surface, patient workspace, arm through, monitor and adjustable seating. Vendor will be responsible for the installation of the device. Firm is required to provide Service and Operational manuals for their product. The firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of maintaining and operating the modification of this vehicle. These items must meet the specifications for the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road Bronx, New York 10468. Applicants must have at least FIVE YEAR OF SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE. Preferred if the applicant had provided same or similar services to other VA Medical Center throughout the United States. The applicant must also provide "REFERENCES" for providing same or similar products. Bronx VA Medical Center is looking for a firm who can provide same or equal brand (Product). All contractors must list of all description of modifications to be provided Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, "IN MOTION 2 SHOULDER-ELBOW ROBOT", then contain the following information within the body of the e-mail name of firm, complete address, phone & fax number of contact. When a small business receives an award as prime contractor as a result of a small business set-aside solicitation, the small business prime will be required to comply with FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on subcontracting, which states that at least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern. The contract requires that the selected firm have an on-line access to E-mail via the Internet for routine exchange of correspondence.
