- It has come to the Government's attention that an error was made in the latest posting to this solicitation. In the description block of the posting for Amendment 0002 it states, 'Proposals shall be submited no later than 10:00 AM EST on 10 Septembe r 2007...' This is incorrect. The proper due date and time for proposals as identified in Amendment 0001 of the solicitation is 'Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at 10:00 AM EST.' All proposals are to be submitted to paul.martin@hqda.army.mil. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-SEP-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE. PLEASE CONTACT fbo.support@gsa.gov REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
