- Restrictions: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Fan Coil Maintenance Services, Fort Campbell, Kentucky - Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W91248-07-Q-0035 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorp orated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19, dated 17 August 2007. NAICS is 238220; business size is $13.0; acquisition is Unrestricted. Modification 01: This is a modification to subject solicitation po sted in FEDBizOpps on 06 June 2007. Closing date and time remains unchanged as 21 September 2007, 2:00 PM CST. This modification is issued to make administrative changes to the solicitation. The language that reads: Other applicable contracts are: 52.2 17-8, Option to Extend Services (Nov 1999); 52.216-21 Requirements, Requirements (Oct 1995) is changed to read: Other applicable clauses are: 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services (Nov 1999); 52.216-21 Requirements, (Oct 1995). Bid schedule is revised to identify firm line items and requirements line items (see attached revised bid schedule). Associated drawings are added and made apart of this solicitation and any resulting contract. Offers are due not later than 21 September 2007; 2:00 PM CST. All res ponsible concerns may submit a quote that will be considered by this agency. It is contemplated that Period of Performance will be for a six-month period. All contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to any contract award.
