- Personnel Security Administrative Support. Virginia Contracting Activity of the Defense Intelligence Agency has a requirement to purchase technical and executive support service for a performance period of One Base period and Four 1-year Options as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254), Past Performance Questionnaire, and the Evaluation Criteria. This requirement is for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Interested parties must submit complete package in accordance with the Standard Form 1449 and all attachments. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation notice. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-AUG-2007).
