- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency(NGA) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-3 to University of Redlands, 1200 East Colton Ave., Redlands, CA 92373-0999. University of Redlands will provide an 11 month Master of Science in Geographic Information Science program to personnel from NGA and other government agencies. The services will include instruction, program support, curriculum development, studies and analysis and workshop presentations. Any interested parties have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit qualifications/capabilities. Any responses must be submitted by email to Sandra.G.Morris@nga.mil. A determination by NGA not to compete this support on other than a sole source basis is solely within the discretion of NGA.
