- STATEMENT OF WORK FOR CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR THE NRC HRMS PROJECT TEAM 1.0 INTRODUCTION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has established a team to support its implementation of the Oracle|PeopleSoft Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Time and Labor vendor product, version 9.0. The NRC project team dedicated to maintaining HRMS and updating the software to its current version will require training on the vendor software capabilities. 1.1 Objectives The objective of this acquisition is to obtain training for the HRMS core project team. 1.2 Scope The contractor shall provide training necessary to assist functional and technical implementers of the software. Functional and technical training includes introductory courses to Oracle|Peoplesoft for HRMS, Time and Labor, Peopletools, and security, data administration, system administration, application engine or other integration tools. 2.0 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT The contractor may deliver classroom, live webclass, or recorded class training and the course materials. The contractor provide training supporting the 9.0 release of the Oracle|PeopleSoft HRMS enterprise suite, as specified below, on a task order basis. The estimated number of people attending during the first year will constitute the minimum ordering quantity: o Intro to Peoplesoft for HRMS - 4 people first year (ordered at award), 4 people second year, total 8 o Time & Labor - North America - 4 people first year (ordered at award), total 4 o Time and Labor Technical Rules - 3 people first year (ordered at award), total 3 o PeopleTools Overview - 9 people first year (ordered at award), 2 people second year, total 11 o HRMS Security Overview - 1 person first year (ordered at award), 4 people second year, total 5 o PeopleTools I/II - 2 people second year, total 2 o Data Administration & Upgrade - 1 person first year (ordered at award), 3 people second year, total 4 o PeopleCode - 1 person first year (ordered at award), total 1 o PeopleSoft Server Administration and Installation - 1 person first year (ordered at award), 1 people second year, total 2 o Application Engine - 2 people second year, total 2 o Integration Tools - 2 people first year (ordered at award), 1 person second year, total 3 o User Productivity Kit Developer - 6 people first year (ordered at award), 2 people second year, total 8 o Workflow Administration - 1 person second year, total 1 o XML Publisher - 5 people first year (ordered at award), total 5 o SQR (Structured Query Reporter) - 5 people second year, total 5 o Training Administration - 2 people second year, total 2 o Peoplesoft security - 4 people first year (ordered at award), 1 people second year, total 5 3.0 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The contractor shall offer Oracle|PeopleSoft training at the contractor's location in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. 4.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance is 24 months from NRC's award.
