- The General Services Administration is issuing Refresh 6 to Solicitation Number FCXB-F4-020002-B for Schedule 520 - Financial and Business Solutions. This solicitation was originally synopsized on April 1, 2002, under FCXB-F4-020002-N. Resultant contracts will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), multiple award schedule (MAS) contracts under the Federal Supply Schedules program. Contracts awarded under this solicitation will have a contract period beginning on the date of award and lasting for five years unless cancelled or terminated. The award also includes three five-year option periods. The scope of services includes the following Special Item Numbers (SINs): 520 1 Program Financial Advisor Services, 520 2 Transaction Specialist, 520 3 Due Diligence & Support Services, 520 4 Debt Collection, 520 5 Loan Servicing & Asset Management, 520 6 Professional Legal Services, 520 7 Financial & Performance Audits, 520 8 Complementary Audit Services, 520 9 Recovery Audits, 520 10 Transportation Audits (small business set-aside), 520 11 Accounting, 520 12 Budgeting, 520 13 Complementary Financial Management Services, 520 14 Audit & Financial Training Services (small business set-aside), 520 15 Outsourcing Recurring Commercial Activities, and 520 16 Business Information Services.
