- This special notice is posted to inform the public that the Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC), intends to award a sole source contract to Technical Specialties, Inc. for database design and application programming. The period of performance is September 13, 2007 through November 30, 2007. This is only to provide the FMC with the required services until the award can be made that is to result from solicitation BPD-FMC-07-CI-0001, which was already posted on FedBizOpps.
