- Subject to final approval. The Department of the Treasury?s Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General (DHS-OIG), intends to issue on a sole-source basis, a simplified acquisition to Congressional Quarterly, 1255 22nd Street, NW, Washington, DC 20037, to obtain CQ.com ON Congress Services. The service will provide access to the following data-sources for Government intends to award for 3 users: CQ Today, CQ Schedules, CQ Weekly, BNN Frontrunner, CQ Homeland Security Package for 17 users, CQ Bill Track, CQ Bill Analysis, CQ Enhanced Bill Text, CQ Bill Text Comparisons, CRS Bill Digest, CQ Committee Coverage, CQ Budget Tracker Package for 17 users, Committee Testimony, Committee Reports, Congressional Record, CQ House Action Reports, CQ Archives, CQ Member Profiles, Custom Lists, Searches and Alerts. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00PM EST on September 11, 2007. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required online subscriptions at terms more advantageous to the Government. Request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates their ability to meet all requirements that is more advantageous to the government, we will make a sole source award to Congressional Quarterly.
