- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston SC intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with MTC Services Corporation, Stafford VA. The contract will provide for the procurement of the following: MarineLink Software Application MTC Services Corporation owns the proprietary rights to the MarineLink software applications. A Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract issued under the Test Procedures of FAR Part 13.5 is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541511 and the size standard is $23M. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
