- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), San Diego, CA intends to procure and install, under FAR Part 12 ACQUISITION OF COMMERCIAL ITEMS, the computer equipment necessary to perform a life cycle replacement of the Campus Education and Research Network at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Monterey, CA on a full and open, unrestricted competitive basis. Oral presentations will be conducted at NPS Monterey for this procurement, details of which will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 21, 2007 and will be published at www.neco.navy.mil, which uploads to www.fbo.gov. All requests for information shall be made in writing or via e-mail to the point of contact listed in this notice. The NAICS for this requirement is 423430. The small business size standard is 100 employees. FAR Clause 52.219-23 NOTICE OF PRICE EVALUATION ADJUSTMENT FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS CONCERNS will be included in the solicitation. !
