- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference no. N6112807RC100 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20 Effective 06 Sep 2007. Set Aside: Total Small Business. SIC 7382 and NAICS 561621. A written proposal is requested to provide per line items: (Line Item 0001): Installation explosion proof Intrusion Detection System.(Statement of work attached). (Line Item 0002): Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Inspection and Testing; clean and lubricate equipment, provide Security Department with a list of discrepancies and items needing repairs.(Statement of work attached). (Line Item 0003): Repair and restoration of IDS, ACS and CCTV.(Statement of work attached). FOB Destination. Deliver/Ship to Locations see attach Statement of work. Only local sources in GUAM will be considered under this solicitation. All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Bidders may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Price and (2) Delivery. The Government intends to make a Firm-Fixed Price single award contract. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Department of Defense Contract awards. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote.
