- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), 1968 Gilbert Street, Ste. 600, Norfolk VA 23511 intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order for preventative maintenance services on eighteen (18) forklifts for the FISC Detachment, Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base Supply Warehouse, Willow Grove, PA. The manufacturers of the forklifts are Caterpillar, Hyster, Powers Lift and Yale and the year of manufacture range from 1978 to 2007. The period of performance for the preventative maintenance shall be for a base year with three (3) option years beginning in September 2007. The purchase request number is N0018907RCD812 and the Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N00189-07-T-0567. This requirement will be advertised 100% set-aside for small businesses. The Solicitation shall be issued on or about 11 September 2007. By submission of a quotation, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during the performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 888-227-2423, or via the internet at http://ccr.edi.disa.mil. Potential offerors may be required to register in Wide Area Workflow at website https://wawf.eb.mil/index.html. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
