- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure, Brand Name Specific, 7 each Miraphone Model 1291 Professional BB-Flat Tubas and 8 each Miraphone Model 186 Professional BB-Flat Tubas for the School of Music located at the Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek in Norfolk, Virginia. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 13.1, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The requested delivery date is no later than 30 December 2007, but offerors should list their best delivery date in their quotes. The North American Industry Classification System code is 451140 (Musical Instrument and Supplies Stores). Note that these tubas are being solicited and procured as Brand Name Specific to the manufacturer, Miraphone, and to the model numbers, 1291 and 186 Professional BB-Flat Tubas. The solicitation is expected to be issued and posted on or around 10 September 2007. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http: www.fedbizopps.gov as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. The Solicitation Number is N00189-07-T-0575. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
